About Our Wine
Chapman Hill Winery takes pride in understanding the science and art of winemaking. Our wines are handcrafted from the best fruit available and the best strain of yeast for that fruit. We patiently guide each wine through fermentation, clarification and aging with as little intervention as possible – creating wines true to their natural fruit flavors. Not overwhelmed with sugar or oak. You’ll find a wide variety of award winning wines at Chapman Hill Winery – we’re always trying something new while keeping the familiar favorites available as well.

I came by myself to enjoy some alone time on a Tuesday morning, and it was so relaxing to sit on the deck and read. Beautiful view, kind people, well priced wine, and a well looked after establishment– what could possibly be better?
We especially loved the Riesling and the Bordeaux style red. This place is worth the visit and will give you a chance to be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wines Chapman is producing right now!
Great atmosphere, amazing views of the hillside, fantastic customer service and delicious wines!
Need Directions to Our Winery?
From Interstate 75 take Exit 134 at Caryville to US 25W North / TN-63 East toward LaFollette. Continue on TN-63 for approximately 8.5 miles to Cumberland Avenue. Turn right on Cumberland Avenue and follow signs for Deerfield Resort. Chapman Hill Winery is located just before the gate to Deerfield Resort on the right-hand side of the road. Just look for the vines!
